I love this place all the Agents I have dealt with at this office have been outstanding. I have done all sort of paper work, from renewals, address changes, transfers, etc. It might get busy at peek hours but they do a complete work with an amazing customer service. If you come early in the morning is the best time.

When we moved to Victoria, we had a unique situation with registering and insuring our vehicles from the US. After spending hours at another office where multiple reps had little experience with our situation and couldn't help, we were recommended to visit the McKenzie office of InsureBC. We wish we had come here first! Neeraj Amalath was the rep who helped us, and he was fantastic. He quickly understood our situation, handled everything efficiently, and made sure we could finally complete the registration and insurance process. Neeraj is professional, friendly, and thorough—he explains all the details which made us feel confident with our decision. We can't recommend him highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
